International shipments will usually be delivered 10-14 days after purchase.
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
Returns
For the first 7 days after you items are delivered, returns may be made for a full refund. After those 7 days, returns will be allowed for store credit only. In either circumstance, items must be returned in good condition with the tags still attached. Returns can be requested from customer service at info@theincorporatedlclothing.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be granted for special circumstances only, such as damages, misprints or mislabeled goods. Exchanges can be requested by emailing customer support at info@theincorporatedlclothing.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be applied to your order in certain parts of the United States, where required by law.
